Yes, Oberson is legally Oberson Shearer and therefore officially our SON! Whahoo!
No, we are not leaving tomorrow to bring him home.
Why? (I'm glad you asked!)
First we need to get a Haitian Passport issued for him. (That makes sure that we are taking Oberson and not some random kid out of the country).
Then, we will need to get his Visa (which is what will allow him to cross into the US).
When we have both of those documents.....we will bring him home!
